Midst of Grey started in 2022 with a very fuzzy direction of what they wanted to do with their music. But they all collectively had one purpose. Make music that is impactful and establish a name for themselves. However, the meaning behind the band has more depth than it seems on the surface.

The name Midst of Grey stems from mental health and how you feel when you are lost and don’t feel yourself. When you are trapped in a Midst of Grey, the only way to escape that is by pushing through and fighting each day. Our mission is to impact people who are struggling with mental health and for them to keep fighting each day. Midst of Grey is more than a band, Midst of Grey is a helping hand for those who need it.
